  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    No you do not need an account to place an order.

  • How do I reset my password?

    All you need to do is click on the ‘lost password’ button on the login page and you will receive a link via email to reset your password.

  • Do you have free shipping promotions?

    Make sure you are signed up to our mailing list and following Antipodea on all our social media channels. Any shipping promotions will be announced across all our social media channels.

  • What size should I buy?

    To help you choose the right size of your chosen garment you can refer to the Antipodea Size Guide which can be found on every product page on the right hand side. It is also right here for reference! Every product sold by Antipodea has detailed garment measurements on their respective product pages which you can use to measure against yourself. A few handy tips...The main 3 measurements you need to take into consideration are you bust measurement, waist and hips. How to measure your bust: Place your tape measure around the fullest part of your bust and make sure you are standing up straight. I would recommend not placing the tape to firmly on your bust as you still want to have room for your boobs to breathe! How to measure your waist: To get the most accurate waist measurement you need to have your tape measure resting against your bare stomach. Your waist is the narrowest part of your torso and often just on or above your belly button. Make sure you are standing up straight and breathing normally as you take the measurement. Also take into consideration if you like to wear your clothes a little more on the roomy side you can add a centimetre or two. How to measure your hips: The best way to measure your hips is to find the widest part around your legs and butt, this will be your hip measurement. Make sure the tape measure is snug around your hips as you take the measurement.

  • Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

    You absolutely can but depending on the status of your order we may be limited in what we can do straightaway. The best thing to do is get in touch with us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we can figure it out!

  • How do I become a member?

  • Do you do custom sizing?

    Yes we do. We can make to your custom measurements. All you need to do is leave your measurements in the comment section when you are at the cart. If you need any help with your measurements or are not 100% sure about how the custom make process works you can email us at [email protected]

  • Do custom made pieces cost extra?

    No - Using custom measurements does not increase the price.

  • Can I get something made into another fabric?

    Yes you certainly can. If there is a piece you see on the website but you would prefer it in a different fabric, all you need to do is send us a email and we can process the order. Note: This does not make you dispatch time take any longer as the majority of pieces are made to order.

  • Is everything made to order?

    No. There are certain pieces that are one off that will be shipped immediately. These pieces have been made using unique, one off, thrifted pieces of fabric. All other items are made and dispatched within 5 working days.

    Return Policy

    Antipodea will exchange or refund any full price item purchased through www.antipodeaclothing.com

    Discounted items, including items on sale can be returned for an exchange or online store credit, but cannot be returned for a refund.

    Returns must be received within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.

    Returned items must be in original condition and not worn, altered or washed. Items must have all tags and packaging attached.

    We will assess the item once returned to ensure it meets our criteria before a refund or exchange will be processed.

    Antipodea is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

    If you feel your item has a fault please contact us at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order and please remember to quote your invoice number. We will then happily repair any faults or replace the garment completely. If Antipodea is not able to repair or replace the garment you will be provided with a full refund.

    All refunds will be processed onto the purchasers credit card used at the time of the original order. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 3 working days please get in contact with us.
